The Kryptic Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to negating isolation and preventing suicide by fostering supportive communities in commonly used outlets and empowering individuals in their physical, mental, emotional, and social wellness. By leveraging peer-driven support and providing targeted coaching services, the organization aims to facilitate post-traumatic growth, self-regulation, and identity recognition and development.

A professionally certified coach specializing in one or several of the following focus areas: General Fitness and Health, Strength and Conditioning, Cardiovascular Fitness, Weight Management, Sport Performance, Functional Fitness, Group Fitness, Nutrition, Post-Rehabilitation, and Mind-Body Wellness.
Fitness coaching at the Kryptic Foundation is a collaborative, holistic approach to wellness that addresses the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health. The goal of fitness coaching is to introduce, instill, and develop positive habits, behaviors, and practices, enabling individuals to continue growth independently while leading healthy lives.
